* Practicum would vary depending on the candidate’s circumstances. If they are near an existing parish, they would spend time there getting practical experience with the parish priest. If they are not in an area with an OCE parish, other arrangements would be made through consultation with the Dean and Metropolitan, particularly for transitional deacons.

Required for those seeking ordination to minor orders (Reader, Cantor or Subdeacon). Credits upon successful completion can be applied to Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs at MEDS.
