                 TUITION POLICY                                 

  ~ PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY ~

1. Students may begin your studies once the Application has been accepted and tuition is submitted (activation of student status). Before paying tuition, please review the reimbursement policy (below). By paying tuition, you agree to these terms.

2. Please note that new applicants, once approved, must activate their student enrollment within 30 days of acceptance. If this time has elapsed, their Application will automatically expire; and they would need to re-apply (with all procedures involved) at a later time. However, re-acceptance is not guaranteed.

3. A breakdown of tuition is possible for some programs, as so noted without exceptions. The partial payment option must be requested; and tuition payments are expected by the due date according to the payment schedule.

4. Applicants for non-degree programs pay the tuition as set per course upon enrollment or start of course (cf. Section IV).

5. Applicans for Ministry Degree programs pay in advance per Program (cf. Section II) 

6. Applicants for the Credit Transfer and Honorary Degree programs will be invoiced once they have been accepted.

7. Members of the Greek Orthodox Church of Epirus will receive a 25% tuition discount for any program.

8. Each student is responsible for his or her own study material, such as books, resources, internship (if required), etc.

THEOLOGY DEGREE PROGRAM

• BACHELOR'S DEGREE: $3000 (OPTIONAL BREAKDOWN OF 3 PAYMENTS @ $1100 EACH)

• MASTER'S DEGREE OR LICENTIATE: $5000  (OPTIONAL BREAKDOWN OF 5 PAYMENTS @ $1100 EACH)

• DOCTOR OF DIVINITY DEGREE: $8000  (OPTIONAL BREAKDOWN OF 8 PAYMENTS @ $1100 EACH)

MINISTRY DEGREE PROGRAM

• BACHELOR'S DEGREE: $2000

SECTION III:

CREDIT TRANSFER PROGRAM

Current tuition (effective since 2022) is listed below and will be billed to the student: the credential analysis fee is due upon acceptance of the Application. All other tuition is due before issuance of credit transfer.

• CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS $200 (REQUIRED FOR EQUIVALENCY AND DEGREE)

• EQUIVALENCY CERTIFICATE $1000

• ISSUANCE OF DEGREE $2000

• ISSUANCE OF ADDITIONAL DEGREE (WITH COURSEWORK AND/OR DISSERTATION) $5000

Students may enroll in single courses and/or classes throughout the year as available.

Based upon donation and background:

• ASSOCIATE IN THEOLOGY $700

• DIPLOMA IN THEOLOGY  $1000

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

SECTION  I

IF TUITION IS SUBMITTED IN FULL (ONE LUMP SUM):

- UP TO 90 DAYS BEFORE CLASS/COURSE* BEGIN: 90% OF FULL TUITION SUBMITTED

- 60 TO 89 DAYS BEFORE CLASS/COURSE* BEGIN: 80% OF FULL TUITION SUBMITTED

- 30 TO 59 DAYS BEFORE CLASS/COURSE* BEGIN: 70% OF FULL TUITION SUBMITTED

- 1 TO 29 DAYS BEFORE CLASS/COURSE* BEGIN: NO REIMBURSEMENT

*CLASS OR COURSE BEGIN IS DETERMINED, WHEN FACULTY HAS SET THE DATE FOR THE BEGINNING OF STUDIES
